Hey Guys ... need a little help with how to set up the text formatter to consistently (reliably) extract the street address, city, state, and zip from this data ... the goal -> transfer to fields on the contact record.

Is Body HTML available for this email in email parser captured response?

If yes, try to use text parser with body html data instead of Body Text.

Based on the workflow you have shared, it seems like you have added Text Formatter to your workflow to achieve your use case.

As for the highlighted field, since the name before the address will always change, I am afraid there is no such action event that you can use to extract this detail.
