Hello, it’s me again. I’m having an issue with the QuickBooks Online steps in this workflow. In this workflow, I get the error shown in the screenshots on both paths where an invoice is created. The error says that the item cannot be found in QBO, even though the item does exist in QBO and only its value was updated. Please help, and thank you for the previous assistance.

Hi @Andres Diaz,

Please make sure that Class Tracking is enabled in your QuickBooks Online account. Also, let us know the name of the class associated with this ID.
