Upon checking the task history, the error seems to be associated with the mapping under the HubSpot actions, not with step 2. Please check the mapping under the workflow and correct the same in order to resolve the issue.

It is because the fields either aren't getting filled by the user or aren't getting sent by Gravity Forms.

Our team has only added step 2 to your workflow, which is the date/time formatter. You may revert the change by deleting this step if not required. No changes have been made regarding the keys mapped in the HubSpot actions. We suggest that you check the latest responses captured from the form and map them accordingly. If there is any field that isn't being fetched even after being filled in on the form, please reach out to the Gravity Forms team to confirm whether the data is being sent to the webhook.
