Hey @RaghavGakhar

You can simply add the "WhatsApp Cloud API: Send Template Message" action step after the Google Sheets action step.

Further, the action step will always send the static message to the recipient's WhatsApp number.

Can we only send a static message to the customer and not a message where we can type and reply?
Most questions are on shipping updates.

That is not possible as of now. We recommend using WhatsApp Cloud API for sending only notifications.
