I have a workflow that has a specific date in it (the date of an Event).

I want to configure a delay that will then trigger an email to be sent 12 hours before the start of the event.

How can I configure that date / time change?

(i.e. If my event is 2022-03-03T18:30:00 I want the delay to wait until 2022-03-03T06:30:00 before triggering the email, but I don't know how to format / calculate the change in time?)
