Currently, Exotel's trigger events are not available on the platform but you may post the request to add the trigger event here - https://pabbly.hellonext.co/

Is there any other way by which Pabbly can pull data from Exotel, and push it to zoho crm..?

I really apologize as there is no other way to connect from the Exotel application.
However, if the Exotel application supports Webhook or API then you can use Webhook or API by Pabbly module and can connect it and fetch the data.
