How can I use router in an interleaved way

If the id of a contact acquired in a form has the value of 2,4,6,8, a notification is sent to person1, if the id has the value of 1,3,5,7, a notification is sent to person2

how could i do that? If it is possible, could you give me a detailed description of the procedure? Thanks a lot!
