How can we assign webhook to particular product only in Stripe

Hello,

We are doing Stripe to Google forms Integration trough Pabbly

With the help of your video tutorial we created a webhook in Pabbly and added that in Stripe.

But how can we assign that webhook for particular product payment only?

Please advise on above

I think you can use the Filter in pabbly to know if webhook is triggered for that particular product or not.

We triggered filter in Webhook but it works at a time of fetching webhook response only but afterward if any user pays for any payment no one webhook message is trigger.

We tried searching your workflow, but we couldn't found any with the name "Data Capture With Webhook Filter " on your emal_id (jeevanxxxxxxxxxxxxxxist.com).

Kindly provide the valid workflow and the respective registered email_id with Pabbly.

With the help of your video tutorial we created a webhook in Pabbly and added that in Stripe.

But how can we assign that webhook for particular product payment only?
For your concern, you can use a filter module to establish such a condition. You can assign Data Object id to get that particular product and the price of that product. So that after the filter you will get the details of that particular product and according to its price.

Further, please try this at your end and let us know how it works.

As you suggested made necessary changes to the workflow.

But at the timing of the new payment for the respective amount, We received another workflow email draft but not received the current workflow draft which we set for 10 rs payment only.

It means the filters are not working properly, Kindly check and suggest.

Thank you for your help.

As per your settings in Workflow it is working fine now and we received the necessary email content.

But one issue is there, As we discussed there is the Main Workflow which we created on 23 rd July which has no filter yet and which is open for all payments that workflow email content also we received at the time of making payment of 10rs.

If we restrict a particular webhook for a particular payment only so why another webhook email draft also we received.

Please look at the above.

Hey @Prajakta

That will happen because both webhook URL was assigned in your Stripe account with the same event. So, both triggers with the same events will capture the same response because they have been assigned to the account.

It Means we want to track user data of those who received a confirmation email by Pabbly after making successful payment into the stripe.

OR

There is a pixel code tracking option in pabbly?

We don't have any pixel code tracking option.

As a workaround, you can add another step to add the customer data to Google Sheet who receive email notification from Pabbly as shown below -

Any other tracking options are there or google sheet is the only way to track the customer record?

In that case, consider using a professional email service provider for sending emails instead of Gmail. Like you can use MailChimp, Mailerlite or any other email service provider for that, which provides various stats such as who opened your emails, and what link of the email where clicked.
