how can we fetch full name of user from razorpay payment link

since the past 2 weeks, pabbly connect has been capturing all details from the razorpay payment link except the name of the user
the details captured have always been like the one in the first screenshot, but now it is like the 2nd screenshot (name field is missing)- why is that?

The trigger you are experiencing issues with is a descriptive webhook-based trigger. In such cases, the response sent by the trigger is beyond our control, as we simply display all the response fields provided by them without any modifications.

It appears that the response fields for this specific trigger have been changed on their end. We recommend reaching out to their support team to address this issue. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi, we are now receiving "QRv2 Payment" in the name field instead of the customer name, after they have made the payment, do you know what might be the reason?
Apologies but your previous response did not help, we are still facing the same issue, in some cases the user name is blank and in other cases we simply have "QRv2 Payment"
Please help resolve our issue as soon as possible

As mentioned earlier, the Razorpay trigger is based on descriptive webhooks. We have no control over how the data is captured in the trigger step; we display it as it is. The data is being sent in this manner from their end, and we cannot modify it on our side.

You can test this on webhook.site to verify that the data is being sent in the same way from their end.
