How do I broadcast a message to contacts (and many other bugs)?

I am unable to choose any contact to broadcast my message, there's no contact list. The help links are not linked to any article yet. And which username do I need to choose ?
I understand the product just launched and it still has a lot of bugs but I think there should be videos/articles etc to guide about the most common use cases. Can anyone respond ?

Got it.
The second thing is, I am unable to add second whatsapp number to pabbly chatflow on free plan. It given an error.
What am I doing wrong ? I followed this video to create whatsapp Cloud API Account & Connect with Pabbly Chatflow but I was able to add only one number. It gives error in the second number.

Note: I however, couldn't add another system user as as admin but I added a system user asn an employee and gave full rights to the user that I added for the second time.

I have a business where I need to add three different numbers under the same organisation (I am using the same business profile for all three numbers).

I am unable to procced further. Please help & if we could do it on a google meet session, it would be super helpful.

If you are adding different numbers, kindly provide us with a recorded video of the issue you are facing, along with the numbers you are adding. This will help us identify the issue more accurately and provide a suitable solution.

I have ported my numbers from another BSP to chatflow but I am stuck at this step.

I wanted a quick google meet but the slots are starting form 4th of March. I have to purchase the lifetime deal of pabbly chatflow by that time to continue running my non profit organization.

I don't seem to understand whether a new developer app was necessary to be built from the facebook developers program or not to add a new number but I created a new app nevertheless.
I have three numbers, each pertaining to a different school that my non profit organization runs. I cant register three different business portfolios as there's only one parent organization (Morning Glory Educational Charitable Society) that has three schools under it. School in itself is not a business as all proceeds go the same parent non profit organization.

I have created & verified my Facebook business profile under my non profit society's name (Morning Glory Educational Charitable Society). I created first app (by the name of Kridha's WP App (MG)) for my first school & added 1 number there and was able to create a system user with admin privileges.

I tried adding the second number to the same app (first app that I created) but I couldn't add another system user with admin privileges - I was able to add as an employee only but I refrained as in I thought it will be a hassle to mix everything in one app.

Then I created another app (by the name of Kridha's WP App (TW) - of course as a system user with employee privileges only as I think I can create only one admin privilege user. I then gave full access to the employee privilege user of my second app Kridha's WP App (TW) so that the user can be manage that app in its entirety.

Even after doing all of this,
1) I couldn't add that number to my chatflow account.
2) If I try to search that number on my WhatsApp, I can't add it - Its showing as to invite this number to WhatsApp - as if this is a non whatsapp simple number
3) My quality rating is blank & Message limit is unavailable whereas normally meta starts with 250 messgages/day limit on a newly approved number.


I followed this video to create whatsapp Cloud API Account & Connect with Pabbly Chatflow.

Furthermore, I tried adding third number to the same business portfolio. But apparently, I cant add another system user (not even an employee privilege user that I created for my second number) because under one account its impossible to add more than 2 users.

It is extremely difficult to write down everything in this much detail for an end user, that's why I requested you to come once on a google meet to resolve the issue - its not possible for me to wait till 4th of March. I wont be able to pay chatflow if this issue remains unresolved.

I tried adding a new number in the existing app so that I should be able to use the same system user. But where do I copy and paste the webhook call back URL as well as the webhook token as these things are already set for the first number.

When I created the second number on the same app, I used the same access token and used the newly generated Whatsapp Business ID & newly generated phone number ID - these both things I used from the second number. But again, the same issue persists, a new webhook call back URL as well as the webhook token were generated for the second number. There's no space for me to paste this as the webhook call back URL as well as the webhook token are already pasted on the configuration page of the first number. (screenshot attached)

Hello @yashodhanbhatt,

Meta allows installing only one webhook per app. Since you want to integrate three numbers in Chat Flow, you will need to create three separate apps—one for each number.

While multiple numbers can be added inside a single app, in your specific use case, you would need to create three apps and install a separate webhook for each number within its respective app.
