How do I rearrange/drag-drop a flow's steps?

In the below flow, how do I bring the 'router' step at number 3?? There is no drag option, nothing to rearrange them. Or am I missing something?

Please enlighten.

(Also, and this is actually the original problem: how do I add a step after the router?)

In Pabbly Connect, the router step is designed to be positioned at the end of the workflow by default, and unfortunately, it cannot be repositioned or moved to an earlier point in the flow. This is because the router needs to evaluate all the preceding conditions and actions before determining the branching logic.
