Hi,
I have followed the steps of this video:

and managed to setup automated alerts from an RSS feed to Whatsapp.

How can I make it so that it goes to a group chat or to multiple users at the same time?

You can post to Whatsapp group using official api, because there is not API to do that from whatsapp side.

To send it to multiple contacts, clone the action step multiple times and change the mobile number.
