How to add Client's own accounts to Pabbly Connect?

Hi,
How do I connect a client's own account, Facebook or Google Forms for example, to my Pabbly Connect so that I can create a workflow for them?

Hi @furhan,

You need to have access (i.e., be logged into their Facebook or Gmail account) to your client's Facebook or Google Forms account to make a new connection with their account.

Alternatively, you can ask them to make a new connection if you do not have access to their Facebook or Gmail account.

You can then proceed to create the workflow.

That is what I thought, I don't know how comfortable they would be sharing their login.
By asking them to make a new connection, they would need to login to my Pabbly account?
Is there a way I can ask them to sign up for pabbly and then share the connection?

The contact you are attempting to create already exists in your account, which is why the API is not rewriting the same contact.

Therefore, I have implemented a filter action step that will only allow the addition of new and unique contacts.

Yes, you can ask them to create a Pabbly Connect account and add you as a Team Member. Even though the client would still need to make a connection at their end, but this way you will be able to setup workflows in their Pabbly Connect account once then have established the connection with their Facebook and Gmail accounts.
