How to create a ticket in Agiled via Bitly Form

I'm trying to create a ticket in Agiled after a Bitly Form has been completed.

Does anyone know why the Agiled API is giving errors with mapping the data?

Hey @jkriggs !

On searching upon the Agiled API Docs, we did not get any event that can fetch contact list, because of which we are unable to proceed further.

So kindly once get in touch we there support team, on how we can retrieve the specific user via email address or name.

And in the user field, you need to map in the Contact ID of the user, as you cannot use directly the contact name and email in it.

Do check on this and let us know what they let you know on this, so if anything is required at our end, we can check on it further.
