How to Update Custom Fields While Creating an Issue in Jira via Pabbly?

Hello everyone,

I’m using Pabbly to automate Jira issue creation, and I need help updating custom fields in the process. While setting up my workflow, I can successfully create an issue with standard fields like summary, description, and labels. However, I can’t see my custom fields (e.g., “Ticket ID” or “Support Type”) in Pabbly’s available field list.

• How can I properly reference and update custom fields in Jira via Pabbly?
• Is there a way to make these fields visible in Pabbly’s field selection?
• Any workarounds to ensure custom fields are correctly updated when creating an issue?

I’d really appreciate any guidance or solutions from the community. Thanks in advance! 🚀

Our technical team has informed me that, unfortunately, it's currently not possible to add custom fields in the 'Create Issue' action step due to the way Jira handles custom field structures.
