I have created an automation and need help configuring it in Pabbly Connect. The objective is to grant course access in Thinkific to users who have a specific tag in ActiveCampaign. The tag has already been created in ActiveCampaign.

I would like guidance on how to set this up in Pabbly Connect so that the automation only triggers for users with the selected tag. Specifically, how can I ensure that this automation runs exclusively for users with a particular tag in ActiveCampaign?

You can set up your workflow with the following configuration:

• Trigger: ActiveCampaign - Tag Added or Removed from a Contact
• Action: Thinkific - Enroll User

But where do we select the tag to ensure that this automation only runs for the specific tag?

You can add a filter after the trigger step to ensure the workflow only proceeds when a specific tag is present.

Please capture a trigger response by adding the required tag to the contact and let us know so we can suggest a field based on which the filter could be set.
