How to get triggered from an API

I have taken a missed call service. If someone gives a missed call it triggers an API with callers mobile no. How will I use that API trigger in the Pabbly. Will the webhook option in Pabbly do the work? I could not do that with the webhook. Please guide. Thanks.

I am using Buzzdial. It is sending data through Get/Post. What to do? Any recommended application?
