How to get values from google sheet using the column name?

I have columns Name, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and so forth, containing the schedule of the person.
From the results from previous steps, I want to get the value in the column based on the column name and the person I will search in Name column?
Also, how to have 2 conditions when looking up in google sheets?
Example: Search of John in ColumnA and a certain Date in ColumnB
