How to Parse Data with Pabbly

I have an Automation I am working on that first looks to Google Calender for a Booking appointment that will be starting soon and to send the information to my Slack Channel as a reminder. . The first step is connecting to Google Calender which works great, I can also pick a few fields but I cannot pick the person phone number as it is tied in the Long Description portion. I do not want to import the whole description i just need the phone number. The Booking appointment has the users phone number in the Description (See Example below in Bold)

Booking Title: Pleasant Place Mobile Home Park. Hello , Please schedule a time to come view this property and others we have in the park. Address is -000 W Seale St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964 Phone number is 832-956-0154 What is your Phone number? +1 936-000-0000 Location: 204 W Seale St, Nacogdoches, TX 7596.

How do I parse just that piece out to include in my slack message i need the instructions to do that.
