How to pass the line break in a SMTP email?

Hi guys,

When I'm receiving webhook information from Landbot, it comes in nicely with line breaks.
However, when I send this body with Pabbly's SMTP option, the line breaks are being ignored.

As far as I know there is no way for me to change things on Landbot's side.

Is there a way to get this solved?

Hey @tverdouw

For your concern, you can replace the \n with <br> with the help of the "Text Formatter" action step.

Though we have arranged the action step in your workflow correctly and it shall work fine.

Please try this at your end and let us know if that works for you.
