It appears that the file URL that you are passing is not available in nature and because of that, it wasn't posted to your Facebook Page.

Further, as we can see from your latest task you are passing an image in the Facebook Group Via the "Facebook Pages: Create Page Video" action step.

So, kindly pass the valid video URL in the action step and try again.
