Seems like from CallPage you are getting the response for multiple trigger events, so please capture the response for that trigger event and add the filter action step for that trigger event. So that the workflow will only process for that trigger event only.

You can use the Router action step in your workflow to process the data from CallPage.io for Calls and Messages separately.
