How to redirect the wordpress form to a specific page after submitting response through webhook to pabbly connect?

Once I fill in the form on my website, that data is sent to pabbly connect using webhook. That data is modified and a redirect URL is generated. I would like my website to be redirected to that URL once the form is submitted. How can it be achieved using data forwarder?
