How to send Bulk emails and sms

Can I use SMTP service of gmail to send. and where i can find details of SMTP details.

We have sms platform where Api and authetication key is generated so can we use those websites from there sms can be sent to particular number

Please share charges for Email Marketing Pabbly and others of yours to think and just for reference can i use SMTP gmail services for sending 100 participants or students at a time or you suggest for email marketing software.
