How to send PDF to dynamic numbers in Whatsapp from drive?

Hello,

Our requirement is that, when someone submits a form, the pdf should be sent on whatsapp to the customer automatically.

Whenever someone submits a Google form, a PDF is being generated in our google drive through form publisher addon.

We synched our drive with pabbly connect, but it sends whatsapp only to static numbers.
We need to send whatsapp to dynamic numbers from drive.

How can we achieve that?
