how to send WhatsApp messages to foreign WhatsApp no's using API by Pabbly?

We need to send WhatsApp messages to foreign WhatsApp no's using API by Pabbly. so what precautions we have to take deliver the message to the specific person. What format we have to follow for the same?

Do we have to add foreign country code in brackets like this(971) or not?
Do we have to add sign's (+971) before the country code ?
Do we have to give some space between the country code and Mobile no's?

You can use the WhatsApp By Cloud API action step to send messages where you have to be sure that you have mentioned the country code in the prefix of the user's phone number and whether that country supports the WhatsApp platform or not.

No, as mentioned in the help text.

Do we have to add sign's (+971) before the country code ?

Depending on the application how it has mentioned the phone number to be passed.

Do we have to give some space between the country code and Mobile no's?

Not necessarily, you have to pass the phone number as mentioned in the help text of the application.
