How to set up privacy policy and terms of services page?

In the checkout page, by default, it is mentioned "By clicking Checkout Now you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" but I could not find any option to add that?
Plus About us page and Refund Policy page are also requested.

Just go to Checkout Customizer, click on "By clicking Checkout Now you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" then on the left panel you will see an option to change the text and URLs.
