How to solve workflow trigger parameter problem ?

The records created within crm manually or via webforms will have no issues and the rule will trigger, but for the records putting pushed via api, workflow trigger parameter has to be passed properly and we have no hold on crm to fix this, This has to be fixed from your developer end

Are you saying that the leads are not creating over your Zoho CRM account? Please elaborate on your question with some example so that we can assist you better.
