How to Unsubscribe from Selzy then FluentCRM

Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me in this scenario I'm looking to achieve please. I am looking to use the Unsubscribe Trigger in Selzy to also Unsubscribe someone in FluentCRM. Does anyone know how this could be done please?

Hi @clearly,

Currently, we don't have an action event in FluentCRM for Unsubscribing someone. If FluentCRM has this endpoint then you can try using API by Pabbly module to achieve your use case.

Thank you, but I'm a complete beginner with API, so how do I achieve this. Here is the API I think I need which is to update user, but what do I do to get the status as unsubscribed.

You need to first get the User ID using the 'Get a Specific Contact' endpoint and then map this user ID to the 'Update any user data' endpoint.
