Followed the video step by step on how to create a Google Business Review Response but get this error.

Based on your Workflow, it seems like you were not mapping the correct Review Name.

I have made the necessary change on your behalf, which seems to have fixed your issue.

Thank you very much! Does that mean that every 8 hours, any new Review will be responded to automatically? What about older reviews?

Certainly, the new review will be processed every 8 hours after it's posted, as per the 8-hour trigger time.
What about older reviews?
You can refer to the following video lesson on processing the old reviews from your Google Business locations at once.
