How can I use PC to add/delete/update contacts in HubSpot? Is that possible?

Use case:
Add/delete/update of contact on Jelly Reach > Pabbly Connect > HubSpot
Add/delete/update of contact on HubSpot > Pabbly Connect > Jelly Reach

How can I use Pabbly Connect to achieve the above use case?
