HubSpot new ticket trigger not working?

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
We have a workflow that sends incoming HubSpot tickets to our Teamworks project board. However we noticed it has not triggered since 08/01/2026 08:10 GMT. We've definitely had tickets arrive after that time. We looked at history and there's no failures, the log simply stop at 08/01/2026 08:10 GMT.

Is there any reason behind this?

Thanks for sharing the example.

Upon checking your workflow, we can see that the trigger started working again from 12th January, and it is running fine now.

To investigate the missing records, could you please share any unique details of a ticket created between 8th to 12th January (for example: Ticket ID / Subject / Created time / Link) so we can verify why those tickets were not captured during that time window and assist you further.
