I’m on the Unlimited plan—I upgraded when I purchased Pabbly.

I reached out yesterday and haven’t received a response yet. I just hosted a virtual event, and many registrants did not receive their reminders, which is a serious issue.

I need a direct contact person to help resolve this as soon as possible.
