Upon checking the task history, it appears that there are four LeadConnector actions executed in your workflow:
- Create Contact
- Get Pipelines
- Create or Update Opportunity
- Create Contact (again)
Additionally, the last
Create Contact step is failing with
Status Code 422 (Unprocessable Entity).
To confirm and help us investigate this properly, could you please confirm if you had added the
Create Contact step twice in the workflow and later deleted/modified one of them?
Once we have your confirmation, we will proceed accordingly and escalate this to our team if required.
