I paid my suscription but i dont have activation on my account

Hello, I just paid, an update of pabbly plus, in my account, but the activation does not reflect in my account, I have tried to contact me but they do not give me an answer, and I want to cancel my previous subscription

Your Pabbly Plus subscription is already active. Further the auto-renewal for Pabbly Connect has also been disabled.
