I received the same email notification twice

I’m facing an issue with one of my workflows. I received the same email notification twice, even though the trigger/action was added only once in the workflow.


I also checked the workflow history, and it shows that the trigger fired twice. This is confusing because my workflow is set to run when a new row is added to the sheet, but the row was added only once. Could you please check why this duplication is happening and help me fix it?

Hello @kumarbobbyldh,

Upon checking the task history, we noticed that there are indeed three task entries where the emails have been sent. Please note that whenever the trigger column is updated, the workflow will run again. It seems that the rows are being updated — particularly column H (the trigger column) — which is causing the workflow to trigger multiple times and send duplicate emails.
 

Here is the new workflow. When data is inserted into Google Sheets from another workflow, it should trigger and run. Earlier it sometimes ran 3 to 4 times, but now it’s not running at all. How long do I need to wait before it appears in the history?

“The workflow is not running on time. Why is this happening? At night it works fine, but during the day it doesn’t run. I’m only using a single route, and it shows as ‘not found’. I’ve been waiting for more than an hour but still nothing. Could you please provide a proper solution for this issue?”
 
Yes, I received an email now, but it's taking too long, like 5 to 6 hours to send. Why does this happen can you tell me, please
