You will need to make custom fields in your CRM and then you can click on refresh fields and the custom fields will appear.

Our team has made some changes to the action and now if you have any custom fields in your CRM then only they will be visible under this action. If you have a custom field and it doesn't appear in the action step, please provide us with the screenshot of your perfexCRM where the custom field is visible.
