I want to extract an email address from the body of a gmail that comes from a certain email address and trigger a new contact in Go High Level

Hi, I receive email notifications from pickaxe that tell me I have a new subscriber, and they put that subscriber's email address in the body of the notification email.
I want to parse those notification emails, extract the email address they've put in the body of the email, take that email address and pass it into Go High Level and add a tag so it triggers an email automation.
Would appreciate some guidance.

You can definitely set up this workflow in Pabbly Connect. Here's how:

1. Trigger: Set up the trigger as Email Parser to capture the incoming emails.
2. Filter: Add a filter step to ensure the workflow only proceeds if the email is received from Pickaxe.
3. Text Parser: Use the Text Parser action step to extract the email address from the body of the notification email.
4. Go High Level Integration: Finally, add the Go High Level action step to pass the extracted email and add the tag using the Add Tag action.

This will allow you to automate the process of capturing new subscribers and triggering email automation in Go High Level.

Hi it's not working. I've verified the pabbly email hook in my gmail, and pabbly sees the emails I got with the verification link, and all the fields that come with them, but pabbly isn't seeing my test emails, and when I test it I get error and false.

Please also show me how to extract the email from the body of the email, and exactly how to pass it to high level.

Hello @Joshua313,

You are getting "false" in the filter step because the subject field currently doesn’t contain the required text. In automation, the workflow will only proceed if the subject contains the specified text.
