Impossible to find GCLID in Manychat

Hi! i'm using many chat and google ads, i create a link in manychat to start a conversation in whatsapp, that link is the one i use for an ad in google ads. So, the person see the ad, click it, and a whatsapp conversation is open. I can not find the way to detect de gclid in many chat using te external request with the link you provide me. Can you make a detailed tutorial of an integration of a many chat link to whatsapp and google ads? Thanks!

Thanks, but that's not exactly what I need to know. First of all, my ads have a link to a whatsapp conversation, ok? When the customer presses my ad, a conversation opens on whatsapp that I receive on Manychat.
When I configure the external request, I can't retain the GCLID, it doesn't show up anywhere. How do I know and save the GCLID of the clients that open the ad in a WhatsApp conversation that opens in manychat?

Do you hace any idea to solve this? To capture the GCLID from a whatsapp link, thru manychat? Can you make a tutorial for this? Many chat doen't have the functions to do this, yo do! Thanks!

It appears that you have used a custom field with Gclid in ManyChat which you have passed from your ManyChat account.

So, please make a new request to capture the webhook response by passing the Gclid from your ManyChat account.
