include email signature in automated response

I am working on Pabbly connect - google form to google doc to gmail .

In the email content, I would like to sign the email off with my usual email signature (which includes an image).

Is there a way to include this? Please see below email signature I would like to include:

Sure, you can convert your image into an HTML format and then add it to your email content, then that would be possible to do so-
