As checking upon your workflow, we can see that during the setup of the workflow time, you have entered the column for "WhatsApp Number" with a spacing in it-
After the setup was done, you might have changed the format of "WhatsAppNumber" at your end, because of which the Key value got changed during the automation time-
This change resulted the data in not working and flowing forward into the workflow, as this got mismatch with the actual setup for the workflow.
Kindly "Re-Capture the Webhook Response" and do a test submission and then re-map all the steps with the new data.
Please Note- Once the setup is done and then if you make changes in the format of the Form, then in that case you need to Re-Capture the step again and map in all the fields, so it is on the same page with the data.
