Incorrect Date Formatting

@Supreme please can you just provide some assistance on how I would write the formula to extract the day so I extract both days with "st" and "nd" in the same formula.

Because obviously I need to account for instances such as "1st"; "2nd" "3rd"; "4th" all within the one formula
