Infusionsoft trigger does not work

Hey guys,

When I trigger the Infusionsoft event 'Tag added to contact" it's not being recognized when a tag has been added to a contact, so the automation does not start running.

Can you please take a look at this?

The Infusionsoft Trigger event "Tag Added to Contact" only works when that particular Tag is been assign to a lead. So it will only get triggered when that particular tag gets assigned.

So first assign a tag, then come back to your Pabby Connect workflow and click on "Save & Send Test Request" to get the details of the contact being assigned with that particular tag.

So first assign a tag, then come back to your Pabby Connect workflow and click on "Save & Send Test Request" to get the details of the contact being assigned with that particular tag.

After assigning the tag to the contact you need to click on "save and send the request " of the trigger for the new response. Though you haven't clicked on the "Save and Send Request" the response would not appear.

So to capture the Webhook Response, please first assign the tag and then press on the "save and send request".

There seems to be some issues with tags. We have contacted the Infusionsoft team regarding the same.

Can you please let us know the number of tags you have in your Infusionsoft account currently?
