Instapage to Google Sheets not working after test request

I tested with one sample request for Instapage to Google Sheets. Test request was successful. However, leads are not automatically pushed to Google sheets in next attempt

Kindly do a test submission now in your Instapage form and check if you are receiving data inside your Google Sheet or not.

Please Note- Do not make changes to the workflow or click on "Re-Capture Response" of the Instapage in workflow.

Just perform the test and let us know about it.
