Instgram reel post automation showing unsupported format

I created a workflow to post reels automatically everyday on instagram from google drive. everything is working but at the last step where I am trying to post reel using video ID created it shows unsupported format. I am pretty sure format is correct. It is MP4 and I have posted same videos before directly on instagram and it works fine. So I know its not on instagram' s end

The thread link says I dont have permission to open it.
Is there any other way to achieve such automation. Can it be done through any other cloud storage or instagram doesn't allow uploads from cloud storage at all and not just google Drive?

I was using the workflow where we list links to all the videos we want to upload on instagram in a google sheets. How do we do this with cloudinary. Do I just need to change the video links to cloudinary in sheets and rest remains the same?

We have added the 'Google Drive: Get File or Folder by ID' step as Step 3 of your workflow. This will provide you with the 'WebContentLink'.

You can then pass this link to the 'Cloudinary: Upload Resource' action step (skip to 6:41 minute), and map the URL you get from Cloudinary to the Instagram action step.

Thanks but can you please explain me a bit how it will be done or what steps I need to follow. I saw you guys added 2 steps after google sheets. I didnt checked your message and thought it was added by me by mistake and deleted it. i know one was text formatter but i am not sure how to add them back correctly.

I figured it out and connected text formatter, google drive and obtained webcontent link. It sucessfully uploaded media to cloudinary. But I am still getting the same response at final step that "The video file you selected is in a format that we don't support." My videos are in MP4 format.

The file you were trying to upload was named 'Women Fitness Reels (2096).mp4.mp4'. Having '.mp4' twice at the end seems to have caused the issue. We’ve made the correction on your behalf, and it appears to have resolved the problem.

Hi Thanks for the help. Yesterday I used dropbox instead of cloudinary and it worked. I have a question, I have scheduled my posts and it used all my free credits. So, as posts are already scheduled, If I make any change to my google sheets. Let's say If I change the caption in sheets for the video to be posted tomorrow will it automatically gets updated. and will it need extra credits to do that. If not how it can be done so that whenever I make change in sheets for already scheduled video, it gets updated.
