Integração API com Chatguru

Olá, pessoal
Estou tentando identificar qual erro na configuração de integração API com o Chatguru. O suporte do Chatguru não conseguiu identificar erro, mas eles também não usam o Pabbly, usam outras plataformas. Alguém consegue me auxiliar?
Não há espaço antes ou após os valores e todos os valores dos parametros estão corretos segundo os dados do chatguru.
