Interator + Append to add orders from paypal

Good day,
I am using Ecwid website to sell products. But order update within 10 minutes. This is not suitable for me.
I think that I can import multiple orders from paypal or gmail.
But I can't use Interator + Append for import multiple orders from paypal and gmail.
Does anyone have any ideas?

If you are getting multiple line items from Ecwid then you make use of the Line Itemizer action step in place of the Iterator action step which will show the complete line item in a comma-separated manner.
