ISSUE: Linkedin Leadgen Form Connection

Hi,

I am trying to connect linkedin lead gen form to mailerlite. I have connected the right ad account and the form but the response is showing as "0".

I am the admin for the LinkedIn ad account. Here's a screenshot:

I have tested multiple times to connect/reconnect but still the same issue.

How to fix this issue?

Before clicking the 'Save & Send Test Request' button, please submit a test lead as shown in the video shared below. Once the form is submitted, click the 'Save & Send Test Request' button and check if that resolves your issue.
