Issue with Email Parser and Jira Software

Hello,

When I receive emails the 'email parser' workflow with Jira Software does not create a task. This is an issue. However, when I test the connect in Pabbly, the test is received in my Jira board. This is a problem because how will one not work and the other does? Please help, thanks!

It seems like you haven't captured the webhook response yet, KIndly capture the webhook response correctly and then map the respective values into the fields.

You can refer to our tutorial video for a better understanding.
