Issue with google forms / sheets & webhook

I created I google form that has conditional is a restaurant feedback form so if you choose four or five stars it sends you to one form but if you choose one, two or three stars it sends you to another form, so the result in the google sheets is not the same for all the submits. The issue Im having is that the webhook to trigger it needs the last column for the four and five stars I can extract the data,becasuse the last column is "S" but when some one choose de other options the data ends in column "0" so the webhook is not sending the data. Whats do you recommend me to solve this? Thank you very much!

Hi @Jorge,

The only way to trigger the workflow is by entering or updating the trigger column in your Google Sheets. So, if your trigger column is column S, it must be updated somehow. Your only option is to set up your Google Sheets in a way that ensures the trigger column gets updated regardless of the star rating.
